Awareness-raising and advocacy

From the work developed in the South, in cooperation projects for development, EWB has identified the need to show in the North the daily realities of the South.

The model of development in the North and the consumption needs are often an obstacle to the development of impoverished countries. Therefore, a situation can not be changed only by acting in the South, advocacy is necessary in the North for the change to become global, and both governments and civil society must be included.

EWB Catalonia undertakes several actions of research and analysis, awareness-raising and advocacy on policies that cause inequality.
